Telegram and everything only it used (ADR-80): the conversational bot (/v1/telegram, hnl telegram), Whisper voice-note transcription, the Telegram alert channel (spend and saved-query alerts are email-only now) and the Owner console's linked-chat column. Old Telegram-banked notes keep their labels; dead chat links are dropped with their account on merge or deletion.
Workers AI and everything only it used (ADR-80): the judge's model call (decisions are deterministic scoring now, same typed API), digest AI summaries (digests are stats and retrospective sections; the ai_digest plan feature is gone) and the [ai] binding. Nothing on the platform calls a model anymore.
