# HarnessLink 17.7.0 release notes

### Removed

- Telegram and everything only it used (ADR-80): the conversational bot (`/v1/telegram`, `hnl telegram`), Whisper voice-note transcription, the Telegram alert channel (spend and saved-query alerts are email-only now) and the Owner console's linked-chat column. Old Telegram-banked notes keep their labels; dead chat links are dropped with their account on merge or deletion.
- Workers AI and everything only it used (ADR-80): the judge's model call (decisions are deterministic scoring now, same typed API), digest AI summaries (digests are stats and retrospective sections; the `ai_digest` plan feature is gone) and the `[ai]` binding. Nothing on the platform calls a model anymore.

Update HarnessLink and every installed harness to its current release:
